I look after all the financial management of this company including weekly cashflow forecasting, quarterly management accounts, getting annual accounts prepared and audited and all payroll and taxation matters.I am also an intergral part of the management team helping with investment search, decisions making and acquisition.
I also provide financial management assistance to company’s they have investments in. In particular helping them with management accounting and annual statutory accounting (where an audit is not required).
I was able to restructure a housing development project they were involved in to reduce the borrowings needed by £800,000 and thus reducing the Investment Company’s exposure to the project.
